Great stay with compassionate staff

Had a good time with family! The staff were super helpful, especially when we needed some late-night assistance. The breakfast buffet was awesome, with plenty to choose from. Just a heads up, the beach right next to the hotel wasn’t the cleanest, which was a bit disappointing.

Stayed in a spacious Triple Room with Three Single Beds and Bath Tub. Clean facilities and lovely atmosphere. Enjoyed the kids' club and friendly cats around. Too costly for beach sunbeds at €20 each, and the pool area felt cramped during peak times.

The food was consistently delicious with ample variety, which even my picky grown-up kids enjoyed. We loved exploring Laganas, especially the beach and the nearby shipwreck, a true standout. The pool area offered a relaxing vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

My wife says that the drinks could use improvement.

The food was consistently lovely, always a great selection and well labelled, which was a hit with the kids. The staff were kind to our young ones, one night when our son needed a doctor, the reception staff were absolute lifesavers, they helped translate for my husband, wouldn't forget that.

It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly it was still acceptable for what we got.

The upgrade to a superior room was a delightful surprise, enhancing our experience significantly. Dining was a highlight, with very good breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, including delicious whole wheat bread rolls. the pool area felt cramped and could benefit from more space, especially during peak hours. The staff were friendly, but the unexpected tourist tax made our budget tighter than anticipated.

Delicious food & chill vibes!

The food was amazing! So many options for each meal, and everything tasted fresh. The rooftop bar has the coolest views, perfect for relaxing. Only thing, the pool area is cramped, so we ended up lounging at the beach, which cost way too much!

Staying at galaxy was a delight. the food was always lovely and had great selections, which was fantastic for our kids. the housekeeping staff were so kind. The reception team really stood out. they went above and beyond to help when we needed a doctor for our son at night.
